日伊間の文化イベントのコーディネーション、イタリアと日本の企業広報やマーケティングなどコラボレーションを行う。日本に関するセミナーや国際会議でゲストスピーカーを務める。

Gribaudo出版から、日本の食文化に関する10巻のシリーズと日本文化や伝統に関する本を出版。2023年には推理小説『Matcha al veleno』をSonzogno社から出版。

Stefania Viti・Journalist and writer.

Graduated in Japanese Language and Literature at Ca’ Foscari University in Venice, she has been living in Tokyo for almost ten years. She writes on contemporary Japan and her articles have been published in national and international newspapers and magazines.

Stefania Viti is an expert on communication and cultural mediation between Italy and Japan. She collaborates with Italian and Japanese companies and institutions. She is a panelist in meetings and conferences.

She published a series of books on Japanese gastronomic culture with Gribaudo (Feltrinelli Editorial Group): L’arte del Sushi (2015), Sushi (2016), Il Libro del Ramen (2017), Il Libro del sake e degli spiriti giapponesi (2018), La cucina popolare e i matsuri del Giappone (2019) e Té e dolci del Giappone (2021). She has also published a book for children, Le più belle storie dei miti giapponesi (2019) and an agenda called Nōto, il libro taccuino per gli appassionati di viaggi e cultura giapponese (2021). She translated into Italian Il Dizionario dei Sapori giapponesi written by Richard Hosking (2022).

In 2023, she published her first mystery novel, Matcha al veleno (Sonzogno).
